The Moera Flow

There are a lot of photo storage tools and journal apps. At Moera, we know that. We’re not trying to be more of the same.


We offer something different - a process for capturing the memories that matter, keeping your media organized, and clearing out photos you don’t need. It comes down to four steps:

  1. Capture: Take pictures and videos in the moment, like you already do


  2. Reflect: At the end of the day, take a few minutes to create a moment

    1. Select your favorite pictures from your day

    2. Add a title, label with Eras (big themes) and Tags (little labels). 

    3. If there are details you want to remember, add a brief story.


  3. Cleanup: After you save your moment, go to the cleanup tool to delete the photos you don’t need. (Photos in moments are greyed out, so you know they’re saved).


  4. Enjoy!: Look at your moment feed anytime to see your favorite memories, without ads, posts from strangers, or comparison to others.

    1. Healthier habits: when you’re feeling an urge to go to social media, go to your moments instead for a feed that’s better for your mental health.  

    2. Pro tip: You can also go to the Eras screen to see moments from a favorite theme.
